Cancellation policy
To confirm your reservation, you will be asked to provide your credit card details as a booking guarantee.After booking, you will receive a confirmation email and a separate email with your rental agreement, which must be signed within 24 hours. Unsigned agreements are cancelled automatically.Once the agreement is signed, a non-refundable contract fee will be charged.Although the agreement has a fixed end date, you may end your stay earlier by giving 30 days’ written notice. All contractual fees remain payable during the notice period.
