Frequently asked questions

Invoices are sent to your registered email address on the first day of each month. Payment is due by the 5th of the month.

Your monthly invoice includes the accommodation fee, a fixed utilities charge of €66, variable utility costs, and a maintenance fee of €9.90, in accordance with the current terms and conditions. If you have selected any additional services, such as cleaning or MasterChef, those charges will also be included in your monthly invoice.

Room tours are available from 1 September onwards. Until then, you can schedule a video call, during which we will present the room layout and provide additional information about the accommodation.

Once your contract has been signed and your arrival date confirmed, you can move in from 4:00 PM on your scheduled arrival date. Before your arrival, you will receive a personal door access code.

Currently we offer accommodation for stays of five months or longer.
